This paper discusses the connotation of the integration of Zero Defect and quality management system. in addition,the paper introduces the practice process including setting up the promotion organization,defining the thinking of document construction,establishing the guarantee mechanism of advancing work and obtaining the progress of stage.Through the integration of Zero Defect and quality management system,the third level document of systematization,structuralization,digitization and standardization is initially established,which can support the quality management system,effectiveLy instruct the staff to do the right thing at first time,achieve the goal of ＂Zero Defect＂.
