摘要
电场分布是静电雾化系统液滴粒径均一性的重要影响因素之一,该文对不同几何形状电极下的电场分布进行了研究。针对常用电极形状,计算了圆环、杆形、正方形电极的电场分布模型,以此提出圆环电极有最佳的电场分布情况,并且用各种几何形状电极进行了静电雾化实验。结果表明,圆环电极下的雾化液滴的雾化液滴粒径均一性最好,验证了圆环电极有更好的电场分布,所建立的电场分布模型可为改善静电雾化技术在各场景下的应用效果提供一定参考。
The electric-field distribution is one of the important factors affecting the homogeneity of droplet size in electrostatic atomization system.According to the common electrode shape,the electric field distribution model of ring,rode and square electrode is calculated,and the optimal electric field distribution of the ring electrode is the best.The result shows that the particle size homogeneity of the atomized droplet under the ring electrode is the best,which verifies that the ring electrode has better electric field distribution,and the established electric field distribution model can provide certain reference for improving the application effect of electrostatic atomization technology in various scenes.
