摘要
发酵床生态养猪技术是利用微生物处理技术,基本上实现无污水、无臭气、零排放的新型环保养猪技术。发酵床养猪能够改善猪的生长性能、提高猪肉品质、增加抗体水平、进而降低发病率。虽然该项技术已经逐渐推广并取得了良好的效果,但是还存在一些不足之处。对该技术的最新应用研究进展进行综述,可以对其推广及应用有所帮助。
Ecological raising pigs in fermentation bed is a new environmentally-friendly raising pigs technology, by using microbial treatment technology to achieve basically no sewage, no odor, zero emissions. Raising pigs in fermentation bed can improve the growth performance of pigs, improve the quality of pork, increase the antibody level, and thereby reduce the incidence of disease. Although this technology has been gradually popularized and achieved good results, there are still some deficiencies. In this paper, the latest application of this technology is reviewed, in order to be helpful to its extension and application.
