深静脉导管引流胸腔积液的临床观察

Clinical observation of deep venous catheter drainage for pleural effusion

目的研究深静脉导管胸腔引流治疗中大量胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应。方法将大量的胸腔积液患者46例随机分为2组,每组23例。治疗组采用深静脉导管引流胸腔积液,对照组采用传统的胸腔闭式引流术引流胸腔积液。观察胸腔积液吸收时间和患者并发症情况。结果治疗组积液平均吸收时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗组发生不良反应1例,对照组发生不良反应7例,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论深静脉导管胸腔引流治疗中大量胸腔积液操作简便有效,不良反应少。

Objective To study therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions of large amount of pleural effusion treated by deep vein catheterizing. Methods A total of 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups, including 23 cases per group. The treatment group was given deep vein catheter of pleural effusion, and the control group was given traditional thoracic closed drainage for pleural effusion. The absorption time of pleural effusion and complications of patients were observed. Results Compare to the control group, the absorption time of pleural effusion in the treatment group showed no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0.05）. There was 1 case with adverse reaction in treatment group, and 7 in the control group, significant difference was found between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Deep venous catheter chest drainage for the treatment of pleural effusion is simple and effective, and has less adverse reaction.
