卡前列素氨丁三醇联合改良B-lynch缝合治疗剖宫产出血疗效分析

Effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with modified B-lynch suture on the treatment of patients with cesarean section hemorrhage

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇(欣母沛)联合改良B-lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产出血的效果。方法选取60例患者,均采取剖宫产手术,根据治疗方法分为药物组和研究组。药物组在子宫按摩的基础上联合欣母沛注射治疗,研究组采用宫体肌层注射联合改良B-lynch缝合术治疗。比较2组产妇术中各项临床指标、不良反应及治疗有效率。结果术中和术后1 d,研究组产妇出血总量和手术时间显著优于药物组(P <0. 05)。研究组产妇术中不良妊娠结局及并发症发生情况显著优于药物组(P <0. 05)。研究组治疗有效率显著高于药物组(P <0. 05)。结论欣母沛联合改良B-lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产出血安全有效,能够很好地保留子宫生理和生育功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of carboprost tromethamine （Hemabate） combined with modified B-lynch suture on the treatment of patients with cesarean section hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients treated by cesarean section were divided into drug group and research group. The drug group was treated with Hemabate on the basis of uterine massage, while the research group was treated with maternal uterine muscle layer injection combined with modified B-lynch suture. The clinical indicators, adverse reactions and efficiency were compared between two groups. Results The total amount of bleeding and the operation time before treatment and 1 day after treatment in the research group were significantly better than those in the drug group （ P 〈0.05）. The adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the research group were significantly better than those in the drug group （ P 〈0.05）. The effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the drug group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemabate combined with modified B-lynch suture is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with cesarean section hemorrhage. It has no effect on the blood supply of the uterus of the puerpera, whcih can preserve the physiological and reproductive functions of the uterus.
