输精体积与精子数对德州母驴情期受孕率的影响

Effect of Insemination Dose on Pregnancy Rate of Female Dezhou Donkey in Estrus

为确定繁殖期内的鲜精输精体积和精子数对母驴情期受孕率的影响,德州驴被随机分为3个试验组,并在输精排卵后的15 d使用B超检查妊娠情况。试验将3×108~10×108个直线前进精子用稀释液(INRA96)分别稀释到15、10、5 mL体积进行输精。结果表明:试验1中,15 mL输精体积下,不同精子数(10×108个,8×108个,6×108个)母驴情期受胎率分别为42.86%、37.50%和40.00%,且三者间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。试验2中,6×108个精子数,15、10和5 mL输精体积的情期受孕率分别为40.00%、38.46%和11.11%,三者也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。试验3中,10 mL输精体积下,6×108个、5×108个精子数受孕率分别为38.46%、25.00%,也无统计学差异(P>0.05);5×108个、3×108个精子数受孕率分别为25.00%、5.60%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);但6×108个精子数的情期受孕率(38.46%)显著高于3×108个精子数的受孕率(5.60%)(P<0.05)。综上所述,一定输精体积下的情期输精精子数与母驴情期受孕率相关。

In order to research the effect of insemination volumes and count of fresh semen on the pregnancy rate of donkey in estrus,female Dezhou donkeys were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups and inseminated artificially,the pregnancy was diagnosed through B type ultrasonography in rectum of donkey after 15 days. The experimental treatments were below,the semen with effective sperm count during 3×10^8-10×10^8 were diluted to 15,10 and 5 mL in dried skim milk extender（INRA 96）.The results indicated,in the first experiment,the insemination volume was 15 mL,the sperm count was 10×10^8,8×10^8 and 6×10^8,correspon-dingly,the pregnancy rate of donkey in estrus was 42.86%,37.50% and 40.00%,no significant difference（P〉0.05）. In the secondexperiment,the sperm count was 6×10^8,the insemination volume was 15,10 and 5 mL respectively,correspondingly,the pregnancy rate of donkey in estrus was 40.00%,38.46% and 11.11%,no significant difference（P 〉0.05）. In the third experiment,the insemination volume was 10 mL,the sperm count was 6×10^8 and 5×10^8,correspondingly,the pregnancy rate of donkey in estrus was 38.46% and 25.00%,no significant difference（P 〉0.05）;the sperm count was 5×10^8 and 3×10^8,correspondingly,the pregnancy rate of donkey in estrus was 25.00% and 5.60%,no significant difference（P 〉0.05）. However,the pregnancy rate was 38.46% when the sperm count was 6 × 10^8 ,which was more than the rate（5.60%）when the sperm count was 3×10^8（P〈0.05）. Therefore,at fixed insemination volume,the sperm count was associated with the pregnancy rate of donkey in estrus.
