摘要
系统下位机采用一台西门子CPU226CN PLC,接触器、继电器控制电磁离合器和电磁阀,上位机采用MCGS触摸屏实现运行状态监控和参数设置。系统通过控制主电机电磁离合器及液压站电磁阀吸合的逻辑顺序,实现特定模具对锉刀柄部的辊压再塑。本文详细介绍了系统总体设计、系统控制原理设计、控制回路设计、系统液压部分设计、系统气动部分设计、PLC程序设计。本系统可实现触摸屏人机交互操作,系统自动化程度高,应用范围广。
The lower system uses a SIEMENS CPU226CN PLC,contactor,relay and other control electromagnetic clutches and solenoid valves.The upper computer uses MCGS touch screen to monitor the running state and set the parameters.By controlling the logical sequence of the electromagnetic clutch of the main motor and the solenoid valve of the hydraulic station,the system realizes the rolling and remolding of the file handle . This paper introduces the overall design of the system,the design of the system control principle,the design of the main control circuit,the design of the hydraulic part of the system,the design of the pneumatic part of the system and the design of the PLC program. The system can realize human-machine interaction of touch screen,with high degree of automation and wide application range.
