摘要 针对制砖行业码垛机电气传动系统整机结构复杂,稳定性差,安全性不高等缺陷,将气动伺服控制技术应用到工业码垛机上,使其具有结构简单、控制精度高的优点,且满足码垛机现场工艺要求。利用AMEsim软件对所设计的气动伺服系统进行建模和仿真分析,并进行实验对比分析。仿真结果与实验结果基本一致,表明所建立的仿真模型具有实际参考价值,对其他形式的码垛机控制系统也具有指导意义。 The pneumatic servo control technology is applied to the industrial palletizing machine, which has the advantages of simple structure and high control precision, and satisfies the on-site process requirements of palletizer.The pneumatic servo system was modeled and simulated by AMEsim software, and the experimental analysis was carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that the established simulation model has practical reference value.It is instructive to other forms of palletizer control system.
