摘要 师生关系是教育试图探明的热点问题。在线学习中,教师支持服务与学习者满意度的差距一直困扰着人们。基于满意度的视角审视教师支持服务,围绕"现实检视—意蕴重构—策略探径"的思考逻辑开展研究。首先,通过检视在线学习的"蓝图美景"遭遇"尴尬窘境"的现实,借助教师支持提升学习者满意度是实现"美景现实"的有效途径;其次,围绕教师及教师支持服务与学习者满意度展开具体意蕴分析与重构,即教师是实现在线学习有效进行的根本保障及关键所在,理应将学习者满意度作为在线教育发展的终极目标与归宿;最后,指出在线学习场域中,和谐共生的师生关系是教育应然之态,在线教师支持发展的具体策略,一是注重积累教师知识性支持,二是夯实教师工具性支持,三是增强情感性支持和社交性支持的互动。 Teacher - student relationship is a hot issue in the field of education. In online learning, the gap between teacher support behavior and learner satisfaction has been plaguing people' s deep thinking about educational change. Based on the perspective of learner satisfaction, this paper studies and discusses teacher support behavior. The research focuses on the thinking logic of "realily review -meaning reconstruction -predicting development -strategy- exploration". Firstly, by examining the gap between ideal and realily in the field of online learning, it is important to construct a teacher - student relationship and resource construction based on the perspective of learner satisfaction. Secondly, it illustrates the relationship between teacher support behavior and learner satisfaction. And the development of online teacher support behavior is proposed. That is, teachers are the fundamental guarantee and key to the effective inlplementation of online learning, and learner satisfaction should be set as the ultimate goal and destination of online education development. Therefore, online education needs to innovate the concept of online learning to build a "support service complex" ecosystem; One is to focus on the accumulation of teachers' knowledge support, the other is to consolidate the guidance of teachers' instrumental support, and the third is to enhance the interaction between emotional support and social support.
