“对分课堂”在“食品添加剂”双语教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 "对分课堂"(PAD)是一种新的教学模式,将教学分为讲授(Presentation)、内化吸收(Assimilation)和讨论(Discussion)3个过程。在高校食品专业课程"食品添加剂"双语教学中,初步应用了该教学模式,实践表明"对分课堂"能够增强学生学习的主动性、有效促进教学质量的提升,也可以激励教师不断学习,提升自己的专业素养和教学水平。 PAD (Presentation-assimilation-discussion) is a new teaching method, which divided teaching into teaching (Presentation), individualized absorption (Assimilation) and Discussion (Discussion) . In this paper, we explored the ap- plication of PAD on the bilingual teaching in Food Additives, one of the core courses for undergraduates majoring in food science. The results show that this new method enhanced students' active learning, effectively promoted the teaching quality, and teachers can also be inspired to keep learning and improve their proiessional quality and teaching levels.
