摘要
介绍了"食品品质管理"课程的主要内容和特点,基于前期教学实践,提出注重教学过程中学生学习主动性的培养、完善教师实践教学能力、突出案例教学的作用、丰富成绩考核方式等教学改革方法,以期提升课程的教学质量。
In the paper, the main feature and tasks of Food Quality Management were introduced, and the practice methods from previous teaching procedures were also stated. Four viewpoints were provided: stimulating students' initiative, strengthening the ability of practical teaching, highlighting the role of business cases, and enriching assessment system, in purpose of improving teaching efficiency and enhancing teaching quality.
