Investigation on the Teaching Methods of Food Quality Management

介绍了"食品品质管理"课程的主要内容和特点,基于前期教学实践,提出注重教学过程中学生学习主动性的培养、完善教师实践教学能力、突出案例教学的作用、丰富成绩考核方式等教学改革方法,以期提升课程的教学质量。

In the paper, the main feature and tasks of Food Quality Management were introduced, and the practice methods from previous teaching procedures were also stated. Four viewpoints were provided： stimulating students＇ initiative, strengthening the ability of practical teaching, highlighting the role of business cases, and enriching assessment system, in purpose of improving teaching efficiency and enhancing teaching quality.
