为了培养食品专业学生更适应如今社会对人才的要求,同时也为了提高教学质量,将Seminar教学模式引入到"食品毒理学"的教学中。对实施方式、内容和教学效果进行了阐述,并对存在的问题进行了综合分析,最终得出Seminar教学模式在"食品毒理学"中应用,提高了学生学习的兴趣与积极性,加强了师生之间的沟通,对文献资料的总结分析能力也得到了锻炼,收到了显著的效果。充分说明了Seminar教学模式在"食品毒理学"课程中的有效可行性。

In order to cultivate the food specialty students to meet the requirements of the society for the talents, and improve the teaching quality, the seminar teaching model was introduced into the teaching of Food Toxicology. In this paper, the implementation method, content and teaching eftects were expounded, and the existing problems were analyzed. Finally, the application of seminar teaching model in Food Toxicology could improve the students＇ learning interest and enthusiasm, strengthens the communication between teachers and students, and the ability to summarize and analyze the literature data has also been exercised, which received a significant effect. It fully illustrated the seminar teaching mode in Food Toxicology course was effective and feasible.
