摘要
以钢种DC04为研究对象,通过调整终轧温度以及卷取温度,采用金相以及力学性能测试方法,研究了热轧的终轧温度以及卷取温度对DC04性能的影响。研究结果表明热轧卷在终轧和卷取过程中,随着终轧温度和卷取温度的增加,强度基本呈现下降趋势,延伸率相对有所上升,但幅度均较小;而DC04成品卷的性能随终轧温度以及卷取温度变化较小。
The effects of coiling temperature and finishing rolling temperature on the properties of DC04 steel were studied by adjusting coiling temperature and finishing rolling temperature, using metallographic and mechanical properties test methods. The results show that the strength of hot - rolled decreases, and elongation increases relative slowly, with the increasing of coiling temperature and finishing - temperature. However, the variances of coiling performance on hot - rolled DC04 steel are not great significant.
