摘要
通过观察低碳软钢的边部加热器投用与否的对比试验,利用热成像仪对带钢轧制过程中温度的均匀性进行评价,研究带钢金相组织,探索边部加热器的投入对低碳软钢组织性能的影响。结果表明投入边部加热器可以减少边部温降、缩小温降区域,提高边部硬度,改善混晶现象。
In this paper, the contrast test of side heater is observed, the uniformity of temperature during strip rolling was evaluated by thermal imager. The metallographic structure of strip was studied, and the effect of edge heater on Microstructure and properties of mild steel was explored. The results show that the edge heater can reduce the edge temperature drop, reduce the temperature drop area, improve the edge hardness and improve the mixed crystal phenomenon.
