Through the study of the 19th CPC National Congress report and the comparison of it with the 17th and 18th CPC National Congress reports, the author has got an insight into the CPC＇s deep and profound exploration and understanding of the path and theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Building ＂beautiful China＂ in the 19th CPC National Congress report is a manifesto to fulfill the green devlopment and build ecological civilization. It is also a sign of maturity of the ecological economic theory with Chinese characteristics.
