摘要
聘用人员是我市社保经办队伍的重要组成部分,主要担负社保经办窗口服务等一线工作,聘用人员由于工作岗位不稳定、待遇水平偏低等客观因素影响,导致他们思想状况极不稳定,因此迫切需要做好聘用人员思想政治工作。聘用人员思想政治工作要与主人翁意识教育、与人性化管理、与健全规章制度、与解决聘用人员实际问题相结合,才能确保取得实效,从根本上提高聘用人员政治思想素质。
Hired personnel has been an important constituent of the municipal social insurance agencies, mainly responsible for social insurance handling window services of front -line work, etc. Due to the influence of objective factors such as unstable job positions and low salaries, the employed staff's ideological status is extremely unstable. Therefore, it is urgent to do a good job in personnel' s ideological and political work. The ideological and political work of the personnel should be combined with the awareness of ownership, humanized management, well- established rules and regulations, and settlement the practical problems of the personnel, so as to ensure the effectiveness and improve the political and ideological quality of the employing personnel fundamentally.
