一种5A分子筛吸附剂焙烧新工艺的研发与分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了现有5A分子筛吸附剂焙烧工艺及其存在吸附量降低的问题,针对该问题研发了一种5A分子筛吸附剂小球焙烧新工艺,该技术具有一定的新颖性、创新性,其特点是:真空强制抽吸、自动化程度高、控温精度高、能耗小。新工艺生产的产品性能优良,吸附量损失可控制在3%左右,大幅提升了吸附剂的性能,产品性能超过现有工艺生产的产品及其进口吸附剂。真空焙烧工艺是制备5A分子筛吸附剂技术的一次创新。 The existing roasting technology for 5 A molecular sieve adsorbent and its problem of decreasing adsorption capacity are introduced in this paper.To solve this problem,a new roasting technology for 5 A molecular sieve adsorbent was developed.This technology is novel and innovative.Its characteristics include forced vacuum suction,high automation,high precision of temperature control and low energy consumption.High quality products can be produced using this new technology,the adsorption loss can be controlled around 3%,the performance of adsorbent can be greatly improved,and the product performance is better than those of the products produced using the existing technology and the imported adsorbents.The vacuum roasting process is an innovation in the preparation of 5 A molecular sieve adsorbent.
