摘要
建筑物保温层质量直接影响能耗,为节能减排、改善职工居住环境,某公司对大批旧职工住宅进行节能改造[1],采用保温效果好、施工简便的薄抹灰聚苯乙烯保温系统,但该保温系统一直受面层开裂所困扰[2-3]。为此项目实施前进行专题研究,分析薄抹灰聚苯乙烯保温系统裂缝产生的根源并采取综合措施,力求"抗放结合",避免了裂缝的发生,达到了预期效果。
The quality of insulation directly affects the energy consumption of buildings.In order to save energy and improve the living environment of employees,a company carried out energy-saving modification of a large number of old residential buildings.Polystyrene insulation system with thin plaster layer was used.It has advantages of good insulation effect and easy construction,but has problem of surface cracking.In order to solve the surface cracking problem and enhance the energy saving and insulation effect,a special research was carried out before the implementation of the project.The reasons for cracks in polystyrene insulation system with thin plaster layer were analyzed,comprehensive measures were taken to avoid cracking,and desired results were achieved.
