中西医结合治疗胃肠道穿孔的效果探讨

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Gastrointestinal Perforation

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胃肠道穿孔的效果。方法:选取本院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的胃肠道穿孔患者68例,采用抽签法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组行腹腔镜下胃肠道穿孔修补术治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药治疗(患者术后意识清醒后用中药布包局部外敷肚脐处,同时辅以中药灌肠治疗和经胃管向体内注入中药治疗)。比较两组术后各项临床指标恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后体温恢复正常时间、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间均明显短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为11.76%,低于对照组的32.25%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.191,P=0.041)。结论:中西医结合治疗胃肠道穿孔能够有效缩短患者术后体温恢复正常时间,促进胃肠功能恢复,改善并发症发生情况,有助于患者术后快速恢复。

Objective：To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of gastrointestinal perforation.Method：A total of 68 patients with gastrointestinal perforation admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected.According to drawing lots,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic gastrointestinal perforation repair,and observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group（after conscious operation,the patients were covered with Chinese medicine cloth and partly applied to the umbilicus,at the same time,it was supplemented with Chinese medicine enema and infusion of traditional Chinese medicine through stomach tube）.The recovery of various clinical indicators and complications after operation between the two groups were compared.Result：The recovery time of body temperature,bowel sounds,exhaust time and defecation time in observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The complication rate in observation group was 11.76%,lower than 32.25% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2=4.191,P=0.041）.Conclusion：Integrative Chinese and western medicine treatment of gastrointestinal perforation can effectively shorten the time of recovery of body temperature,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the incidence of complications,help patients recover quickly after surgery.
