复方茶油涂鼻膏治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Camellia Oil Nasal Ointment in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察复方茶油涂鼻膏对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1-10月来本院就诊的120例变应性鼻炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采取曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,试验组在喷鼻治疗基础上加用复方茶油涂鼻膏治疗。运用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和近期疗效评定来比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组的VAS各指标评分和总症状、体征评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且试验组在改善喷嚏、流涕、眼痒、流泪症状的VAS评分和总症状、体征评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),而两组的鼻痒和鼻塞VAS评分改善和治疗总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方茶油涂鼻膏能够有效改善变应性鼻炎患者的症状,值得在临床上应用。

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of compound camellia oil nasal ointment on allergic rhinitis.Method：A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis who treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,according to the random number table method,60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray,and the experimental group was treated with Compound Camellia Oil Nasal Ointment on the basis of nasal spray treatment.The visual analogue scale（VAS） scores and short-term efficacy evaluation were used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Result： After treatment,the VAS,total symptom and syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of the scores of sneezing, nasal discharge,itchy eyes,lacrimation,total symptom and syndrome in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.But there were no significant differences between two groups in the improvement of the total effective rate and the VAS scores of nasal itching and nasal congestion（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The Compound Camellia Oil Nasal Ointment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
