手法配合小针刀治疗骶髂关节错缝的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Dislocation with Manipulation and Small Needle Knife

目的:探讨手法配合小针刀治疗骶髂关节错缝的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1-6月于本院就诊的骶髂关节错缝患者84例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用手法复位治疗,观察组采用手法联合小针刀治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛程度(VAS评分)、功能障碍程度(JOA评分)及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前、JOA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组、JOA评分高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.2%,高于对照组的52.4%(P<0.05)。结论:手法配合小针刀治疗骶髂关节错缝的疗效显著,能结合两个治疗手段的优点,及时缓解患者疼痛症状,促进骶髂关节功能的早日恢复,获得良好的社会经济效益,适合一定的临床推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of manipulation combined with small needle knife in treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation.Method：A total of 84 patients with sacroiliac joint dislocation from January to June 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manipulation,while observation group was treated with manipulation combined with small needle knife.The degree of pain（VAS score） and degree of dysfunction（JOA score） before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy between two groups werecompared.Result： After treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were all lower than those of before treatment,the JOA scores were higher than those of before treatment,and the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the JOA score was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was 95.2%,which was higher than 52.4% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Manipulation combined with small needle knife is effective in treating sacroiliac joint dislocation,can combine the advantages of the two treatment methods,relieve pain symptoms in time,promote the early recovery of sacroiliac joint function,and obtain good social and economic benefits,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
