康复护理辅助氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的效果研究

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing and Clozapine on Schizophrenic Patients

目的:探究康复护理辅助氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的效果研究。方法:选取2016年8月-2018年4月本院收治的110例精神分裂症患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各55例。对照组口服氯氮平治疗并给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予康复护理。比较两组干预效果、干预前后的社会功能缺陷评分和PANSS评分及干预后的TESS评分。结果:研究组总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的70.91%(P<0.05);干预后,研究组社会功能缺陷评分、PANSS评分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组TESS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康复护理辅助氯氮平对精神分裂症患者有良好的干预效果,有助于改善患者的临床症状及社会功能缺陷水平,具有广泛的应用前景。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing and Clozapine on schizophrenic patients.Method：A total of 110 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clozapine and routine care,and study group was given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.The intervention effect,social function defect score and positive and negative symptoms（PANSS） score before and after intervention,and TESS score after intervention between two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of study group was 94.55%,which was higher than 70.91% of control group（P〈0.05）.After intervention,the social function defect score and PANSS score in study group were lower than those of control group,the differences were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After intervention,the TESS scores of two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation nursing assistant Clozapine has a good intervention effect on schizophrenia patients,helps to improve the clinical symptoms and social function defects of patients,and has wide application prospects.
