营养支持护理和心理护理改善胃癌患者生活质量的效果观察

Effect of Nutritional Support Nursing and Psychological Nursing on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨对胃癌患者给予营养支持护理+心理护理方式进行干预后对其生活质量产生的影响。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的胃癌患者82例作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组选择普通方式完成护理工作,观察组选择普通方式+营养支持护理+心理护理完成护理工作,观察比较两组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和生活质量评分,以及不良事件发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组HAMD和HAMA评分均明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为7.32%,明显低于对照组的26.83%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.512 6,P=0.018 8)。结论:护理人员对于胃癌患者选择营养支持护理+心理护理方法进行干预,可以充分排解患者负性情绪、提升生活质量以及减少不良事件的发生,从而促进胃癌患者的病情康复。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing on the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after intervention.Method： A total of 82 patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,41 cases in each group.The control group was chosen common way to complete nursing work,the observation group was chosen the common way＋nutrition support nursing＋psychological nursing to complete the nursing work.The hamilton depression scale （HAMD）,hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）,quality of life scores and incidence of adverse events between the two groups were compared.Result：After nursing,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.32%,which was significantly lower than 26.83% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ χ2=5.512 6,P=0.018 8）.Conclusion：The nursing staff choose nutritional support＋psychological nursing intervention for gastric cancer patients can fully eliminate the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse events,thus promote the recovery of patients with gastric cancer.
