“三本位”理念下高校卓越农林人才协同培养的思路、实践及成效 被引量:9

摘要 经过长期实践与总结形成了"育人本位+社会本位+学生本位"的"三本位"人才培养理念。华南农业大学以"立德树人"为根本,将"三农"情怀教育融于课程教学,有效地解决不愿学农、学农也不爱农的问题;以社会需求为导向,按产业链和需求链设置专业,解决人才培养与现代农业发展脱节的问题;以学生为主体,实施分类培养,解决学生学习动力不足的问题。基于"三本位"理念,构建的卓越农林人才培养模式。以思想引领,将服务"三农"教育融入教育全过程;以实践教学和创新创业教育为抓手,建成"五位一体"的实践教学体系,构建了"协同育人"机制,有效汇集了教育教学资源;创建了"温氏模式",校企协同培养卓越农林人才。 After a long period of practice,the " three-standard" talent cultivation concept of " education standard,social standard and student standard" had been formed. With the cultivation of students with noble moral character as the basis,we should strengthen the emotional education of " agriculture,countryside and farmers" and effectively solve the problem that agricultural university graduates are reluctant to engage in agriculture; set up majors according to the needs of industry and market,and solve the problem that the cultivation of college students is out of touch with the development of modern agriculture; and treat students as the main entity.Classified training should be implemented to solve the problem of insufficient motivation for students. Based on the idea of " three standards",the training mode of excellent agriculture and forestry talents was constructed.Guided by ideology,the education of serving agriculture,countryside and Peasants was integrated into the whole process of education; the practical teaching system of " five in one" was built with emphasis on practical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the mechanism of collaborative education was established,and the resources of education and teaching were effectivelygathered; the Wen's model was established to train outstanding agricultural and forestry talents with school-enterprise cooperation. After years of research and practice,remarkable achievements had been made in student training.
