摘要
社会适应性教育是一项系统性、连续性、长期性工程,直接影响着立德树人和人才培养的成效。社会适应性教育全程化是实现全员育人、全程育人和全方位育人的重要内容。文章以西北农林科技大学为例,在诠释社会适应性教育全程化内涵的基础上,明确农林高校学生社会适应性教育全程化意义,运用问卷法、访谈法、文献法等研究方法从在校生和毕业生两个角度分析农林高校学生在学习、生活、心理、人际、社会等方面的适应现状及存在问题,并结合农林高校的特殊性和农林学子的特点,系统构建农林高校学生社会适应性教育全程化的内容体系,积极探索农林高校学生社会适应性教育全程化的有效途径。
Social adaptability education is a systematic,continuous,and long-term project that directly affects the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation. The whole process of social adaptability education is an important part of achieving full-scale,whole-process and all-round education. On the premise of interpreting the full connotation of social adaptability education and clarifying the full meaning of the social adaptability education of college students in agriculture and forestry universities,this paper takes the Northwest A&F University as an example,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of social adaptability of college students in learning,life,psychology,interpersonal relationship and social aspects in agriculture and forestry universities from the two perspectives of students and graduates by using questionnaires,interviews,and literature methods. Considering the particularities of agriculture and forestry universities and the characteristics of their students,we systematically constructs the content system and actively explores the effective ways for the whole process of social adaptability education for college students in agriculture and forestry universities.
