公安院校是预备警官的摇篮,警务技能训练质量直接关系到公安机关人才的培养。当前实战警务技能出现了规范化要求更高、警务技能需求多元化和科技装备更新周期缩短的新特点,加之公安院校警务技能训练存在着训练理念亟需转变、训练内容有待更新、技能训练与法律结合不够以及师资力量薄弱等问题,急需进一步深化警务技能训练改革。应夯实警务技能基础,丰富战术战法教学;以实战需求为导向,探索新型教学模式;提升法律素养,完善知识结构;以自主培育为核心,优化人才培养机制;以科学技术为手段,创新技能训练体系;立足警务执法实践,构建科学考核体系。

Public security colleges and universities is the cradle of preparatory police officer, police skills training quality is directly related to talent cultivation of the public security organs. At present, there are some new features such as higher standardization of actual policing skills, diversification of police skill demand and shortening of the renewal period of scientific and technological equipment. In addition, there is an urgent need to change the training concept of police skill training in public security colleges and universities. The contents of training need to be updated, the combination of skill training and law is not enough, and the strength of teachers is weak, so it is urgent to deepen the reform of police skill training. Firstly, we should strengthen police skills and enrich the teaching of tactical methods. Secondly, we need to explore new teaching mode based on practical need. thirdly, we should improve students＇ legal literacy and improve teachers＇ knowledge structure. Furthermore, we should see self-cultivation as the core of professional cultivation and optimize the training mechanism of talents. Finally, we should based on police law enforcement practice, the establishment of scientific assessment system.
