高职学生课堂沉默原因分析及解决对策

Analysis on Reasons and Countermeasures of Classroom Silence of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,高职院校招生录取分数持续走低,大多数新生入学质量相对较差。由于受教师、学生、课堂环境、社会文化等方面的影响,使得课堂沉默现象比较明显。要减少课堂沉默现象发生,提高课堂吸引力,需要教师提高教学技能、学生加强自我约束、师生共同营造良好的课堂环境,学校构建合理的教学评价机制。

In recent years,the enrollment scores of higher vocational colleges continue to drop. Most new students are comparatively poor in their studies. Due to the influence of teachers, students, classroom environment,and social culture,the phenomenon of classroom silence is quite obvious. To reduce the occurrence of classroom silence and improve classroom attractiveness,teachers need to improve their teaching skills, students strengthen their self restraint, teachers and students jointly create a good classroom environment,and schools build a reasonable teaching evaluation mechanism.
