深化“三转”背景下加强高校纪检监察工作探究

On Strengthening Discipline Inspection and Supervision in Colleges in the Context of Deepening the “Three Transformations”

党的十八届中央纪委三次全会明确提出,纪检监察机关要落实"转职能、转方式、转作风"(简称"三转")要求,强化监督、执纪、问责,全面提高履职能力。本文以高校纪检监察工作为研究对象,阐述了"三转"这一重大变革对于做好新时代高校纪检监察工作的重大意义,分析了高校纪检监察工作在"三转"上面临的困难和问题,进而有针对性地提出了"三转"后高校纪检监察组织发挥监督执纪问责的建议。

The 3rd plenary session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection clearly put forward that discipline inspection and supervision organs should implement the rcquircmants of ＂transforming functions, transforming modes and transforming styles of work＂ （＂Three Transformations＂ for short）, strengthen supervision, discipline, accountability, and comprehensively improve perform- ance. In this paper, the discipline inspection and supervision work of colleges arc taken as the research object, the significance of the＂ Three Transformations＂ major change for the discipline inspection and supervision of colleges in the new era is expounded, the difficultics and problems faced by the discipline inspection and supervision work in colleges in the ＂Three Transformations＂ arc analyzed. Then, it puts forward the suggestion on how to give full play to the supervision and discipline for the discipline inspection and super- vision organizations in colleges after the ＂Three Transformations＂.
