高校项目支出绩效指标体系及目标自评浅析——以Z校为例

An Analysis of the Performance Index System and Target Selfevaluation of Project Expenditure in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of University Z

文章结合Z高校某个项目完成情况,尝试从投入、产出、效益、满意度四个维度探讨高校项目支出绩效指标体系的构建,并从项目决策、项目管理、项目绩效三个维度探讨高校项目支出绩效目标评审的指标体系构建,并完成项目支出绩效目标自评。

Taking University Z as an example, this paper tries to discuss the construction of performance index system of university pro- ject expenditure from four dimensions, that is, input, output, benefit and satisfaction. And from the three dimensions of project decision, project management and project performance, this paper also discusses the construction of index system for university project expendi- ture performance target evaluation, and complete the project expenditure performance target self-evaluation.
