摘要 以某款空调配管为研究对象,结合有限元模态分析和试验模态分析方法对配管进行优化设计。利用单点激励单点响应的方式对配管进行了模态试验研究,得到了压缩机、吸气管、排气管的固有频率。研究表明:试验模态分析结果和有限元分析吻合,验证了理论模态的正确性。同时,模态试验找出了引起配管额定工况时振动过大的压缩机固有频率,模态分析为结构改进提供了良好参照。 Based on FEM ( finite element method) and experimental modal method, the optimization design of the connecting pipes of compressor is studied. The experimental modal analysis was performed on the real pipes with hammer excitation method; and the natural frequency of the compressor, inspiration-pipe and is obtained. The study shows that the experimental modal analysis results are in agree- ment with the finite element analysis, and the correctness of the theoretical mode is verified. At the same time, the modal test finds the natural frequency of the compressor with excessive vibration when the pipe is rated, and the modal analysis provides a good reference for the improvement of the structure.
