地方本科院校青年教师师德师风探析

地方本科院校是现阶段我国高等教育的重要组成部分。随着地方本科院校的不断发展和壮大,青年教师的数量不断增加,成为学校师资队伍的主要力量。当前地方本科院校的青年教师,在思想政治觉悟、教书育人意识、敬业奉献精神等方面,都不同程度地存在一些不足。究其原因,主要包括青年教师的准入制度不严谨、师德师风评价机制不合理、缺乏创新性以及学校层面不重视等。为此,应加强学校领导、加强监督管理、完善师德师风评价体系、坚持严格的教师准入制度以及创设良好的师德师风环境氛围,推进青年教师师德师风建设,促进地方高校健康发展。

Local undergraduate colleges and universities are an important component of higher education in our country at the present stage. With the continuous development and growth of local colleges and universities, the number of young teachers is increasing, and has become the main force of the teaching staff. At present, there are some shortcomings in varying degrees about the young teachers in these schools in terms of ideological and political awareness, teaching awareness, dedication and so on. The main reasons are in the fol- lowing： the young teachers＇ admittance system is not rigorous; the evaluation mechanism for teachers＇ morality is unreasonable and lacks innovation, which is also not paid attention to at school level and so on. Therefore, we should improve the leadership of schools, enhance the supervision and management, perfect the evaluation system of teachers＇ ethics, persist in strict admittance system for teachers, and create a good atmosphere for teachers＇ ethics and style, so as to promote the construction of young teachers＇morality and styles, promo- ting the sound development of local colleges and universities.
