民办高校文书档案贯穿着民办高校建设和发展的历史,加强其管理可以在学校的校园文化建设、科学研究、办学特色、人才培养等工作评估方面发挥重要作用。但在其发展过程中存在着一系列问题。而借力教育部开展的本科教学工作合格评估,则可进一步促进民办高校文书档案管理的规范化、系统化、信息化和科学化。

The documentary archives of private colleges run through the history of the construction and development in private colleges. Strengthening their management can play an important role in the construction of campus culture, scientific research, school character- istics, personnel training, evaluation work and so on. But there are a series of problems in its development process. The undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation, carried out by the Ministry of Education, can further promote the standardization, systematization, in- formation and scientific management of the file management of the archives in private universities
