随着我国社会主义法治建设的不断加深,对民众的作为其基本素养的法律素养的要求也在不断提高。作为祖国未来建设的主力军,国家和民族兴旺发达的主要力量的大学生,必须具备与时代相适应的法律素养。然而现实中大学生的法律素养却不容而观,对法律素养缺失的原因进行分析,找出相应的对策,对大学生,尤其是非法学专业的大学生,进行法制教育,提升法律素养。

With the continuous deepening of the socialist legal construction in China, the requirements for the legal awareness, which is the basic awareness, of the people are constantly improving. As the main force in the future construction of the motherland and the main force for the prosperity of the country and the nation, the university students must have legal awareness that is compatible with the times. However, in reality, the legal awareness of university students is not tolerable. So the paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of legal awareness, finds corresponding countermeasures, and proposes to carry out legal education for university students, especially those who are not majored in law, so as to improve their legal awareness.
