乙肝患者胃黏膜病变与幽门螺杆菌和乙肝病毒的相关性

Correlation between Helicobacter Pylori and Hepatitis B Virus in Hepatitis B Patients with Gastric mucosal Lesion

目的:分析乙肝患者胃黏膜病变与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)和乙肝病毒(HBV)的相关性。方法:选取2015年7月-2017年7月本院收治的乙肝患者42例,根据不同疾病类型将其分为A组(慢性乙肝,n=15)、B组(肝硬化,n=14)和C组(乙肝相关肝癌,n=13)。患者均行血清、碳14呼吸卡检测,比较不同HBV感染抗原表达中的胃黏膜病变程度;比较三组胃黏膜炎性病变分布情况;比较三组胃黏膜病变中Hp感染情况;分析乙肝患者胃黏膜病变与Hp和HBV的相关性。结果:不同HBV感染抗原表达的乙肝患者胃黏膜炎性病变程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组胃黏膜病变发生率及Hp感染率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,乙肝患者HBV感染密度同胃黏膜炎性病变程度呈正相关联系(P<0.05),Hp感染与乙肝患者胃黏膜炎性病变程度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:乙肝患者胃黏膜病变程度与HBV具有密切联系,与Hp并无明显相关性。

Objective ： To analyze the correlation between helicobacter pylori （ Hp ） and hepatitis B virus （ HBV ） in hepatitis B patients with gastric mucosal lesion.Method ： A total of 42 patients with hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected.According to different disease types, they were divided into A group （ chronic hepatitis B, n=15 ）, B group （ cirrhosis, n=14） and C group （ hepatitis B related livercancer, n=13 ） .All patients were examined by serum and carbon 14 breath cards.The degree of gastric mucosal lesions in different HBV infection antigens were compared, the distribution of inflammatory lesions in three groups was compared, Hp infection in three groups of gastric mucosa lesions was compared, and the correlation between Hp and HBV in hepatitis B patients with gastric mueosal lesion were analyzed.Result： The inflammatory lesions in gastric mucosa of hepatitis B patients with different HBV infection antigens were compared, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The incidence rate of gastric mueosal lesion and Hp infection rate were compared, the differences were not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） .Spearman correlation analysis showed thai the density of HBV infection was positively eon＇elated with the degree of gastric mueosal inftammatory lesions in patients with hepatitis B （ P〈0.05 ）, but there was no significant corrcelation between the degree of gastric mueosal inflammatory lesions in patients with hepatitis B （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The degree of gastric mueosal lesion in hepatitis b is closely related to HBV, and has no obvious correlation with Hp.
