延续护理对改善宫颈癌根治术后患者生活质量的效果探究

Effect of Extended Nursing on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients after Radical Operation of Cervical Cancer

目的:探究延续护理对改善宫颈癌根治术后患者生活质量的效果。方法:选取2015年5月-2017年11月在本院行宫颈癌根治术的患者88例作为研究对象,根据入院治疗的先后顺序将其分为常规组和干预组,各44例。常规组实施常规护理,干预组实施延续护理,比较两组出院时及出院6个月后的心理状态、生活质量评分及护理满意度情况。结果:出院时,两组HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院6个月后,干预组HAMA、HAMD评分均明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院6个月后,干预组的生活质量评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,干预组的护理满意度为93.18%明显高于常规组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.481 5,P=0.011 0)。结论:对行宫颈癌根治术的患者实施延续护理,缓解了抑郁焦虑等负面心理,改善了生活质量,大大提高了护理满意度,具有显著的护理效果,值得临床上使用及推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of extended nursing on improving the quality of life of patients after radical operation of cervical cancer.Method ： A total of 88 patients with cervical cancer who undergone radical operation in our hospital from May 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to theorder of admission treatment,they were divided into routine group and intervention group,44 cases in each group.The routine group was performed routine nursing,the intervention group was performed extended nursing.The psychological status,quality of life score at discharge and after discharge 6 months and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result：At discharge,there were no significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the twogroups（ P〉0.05）;after discharge 6 months,HAMA and HAMD scores in the intervention group were significantlylower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significan（t P〈0.05）.At discharge,there was nosignificant difference in the quality of life score between two groups（ P〉0.05）;after discharge 6 months,the quality of life score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statisticallysignificant（ P〈0.05）.After nursing,the nursing satisfaction degree of intervention group was 93.18%,which wassignificantly higher than 68.18% of routine group,the difference was statistically significan（x2=6.481 5,P=0.011 0）.Conclusion：Extended nursing for patients undergoing radical operation of cervical cancer relieves depression and anxietynegative psychology,improves the quality of life,greatly improves the satisfaction degree of nursing,has significantnursing effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
