团体认知饮食护理方案在改善腹膜透析患者生活质量中的作用

Effect of Group Cognition Diet Nursing Program on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients with Peritoneal Dialysis

目的:探讨团体认知饮食护理方案在改善腹膜透析患者生活质量中的作用。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年3月收治的腹膜透析患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以团体认知饮食护理方案,比较两组干预前后尿量、残余肾功能、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果:干预前两组的尿量、残余肾功能、SAS、SDS及生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组尿量、残余肾功能、SAS、SDS及生活质量评分改善情况均明显优于干预前,且研究组上述各项指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团体认知饮食护理方案可显著改善腹膜透析患者残余肾功能、尿量及心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of group cognition diet nursing program on improving the quality of life of patients with peritoneal dialysis.Method：A total of 68 patients with peritoneal dialysis who admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method.According to the random number table method,they weredivided into control group and study group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given group cognition diet nursing program.The urine volume,residual renal function,selfratinganxiety iety scale（ SAS）,self-rating depression scale（ SDS） and quality of life scale（ SF-36） scores before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Result：There were no significant differences in urine volume,residual renal function,SAS,SDS and quality of life scores between two groups before intervention（ P〉0.05）.After intervention,the improvement of urine volume,residual renal function,SAS,SDS and quality of life scoresof two groups were significantly better than those of before intervention,and the above indicators in study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Group cognitive diet nursing program can significantly improve residual renal function,urine volume and mental state of patients with peritoneal dialysis and improve quality of life.
