心理护理联合健康教育的综合护理模式在老年牙髓病患者中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析心理护理联合健康教育的综合护理模式对老年牙髓病患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2015年3月-2018年3月期间在本院诊断为牙髓病的老年患者600例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和护理组,各300例。所有患者均进行相应的牙髓病治疗,对照组应用常规护理模式,护理组在对照组的基础上联合应用心理护理与健康教育综合护理模式,比较两组治疗前后的焦虑和抑郁情绪评分、护理满意度和治疗配合度。结果:护理前两组SAS和SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS和SDS评分与护理前比较均明显降低,且护理组均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组护理总满意度为96.33%明显高于对照组的77.33%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=47.363,P=0.000)。护理组总配合度为94.33%明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=14.102,P=0.000)。结论:在老年患者进行牙髓病的治疗过程中联合应用心理护理和健康教育,可以有效改善患者的焦虑和抑郁症状,同时患者对护理过程的满意度更高,治疗依从性也更高,具有较高的临床应用价值,应在符合条件的医疗单位进行推广。 Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing mode of psychological nursing combinedwith health education on the clinical treatment of elderly patients with endodontic diseases.Method:A total of 600 elderlypatients diagnosed with endodontic disease in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the studyobjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and nursing group,300cases in each group.All patients were treated with corresponding endodontic treatment.The control group was treated withroutine nursing mode,the nursing group was treated with comprehensive nursing mode of psychological nursing combinedwith health education on the basis of the control group.The scores of anxiety and depression before and after treatment,the degree of nursing satisfaction and treatment cooperation were compared between two groups.Result:There were nosignificant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between two groups before nursing( P〉0.05);after nursing,thescores of SAS and SDS in two groups were significantly lower than those of before nursing,and the nursing group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05).The totalsatisfaction degree of the nursing group was 96.33%,which was significantly higher than 77.33% of the control group,the difference was tatistically significant( x2=47.363,P=0.000).The total coordination degree of nursing group was 94.33%,which was significantly higher than 85.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( x2=14.102,P=0.000).Conclusion:In the treatment of endodontic disease in elderly patients,the combination of psychological nursing and health education can effectively improve the anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients.At the same time,the patients’ satisfaction degree with the nursing process is higher and the treatment compliance is higher.It has high clinical application value and should be promoted in qualified medical units.
