超声引导下经阴道穿刺术治疗盆腔囊肿的临床观察及其复发状况分析

Clinical Observation and Recurrence Analysis of Ultrasound-guided Transvaginal Puncture for Pelvic Cysts

目的:探讨超声引导下经阴道穿刺术治疗盆腔囊肿的效果观察及其复发状况。方法:选取2016年1-6月本院收治的154例盆腔囊肿患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各77例。对照组采用传统的开腹治疗,研究组采用超声引导下经阴道穿刺术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、手术疼痛评分、治疗效果、术后复发率及生存率。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、手术疼痛评分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为97.4%,显著高于对照组的85.7%(P<0.05);研究组随访时的复发率均低于对照组,且生存率均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声引导下经阴道穿刺术对盆腔囊肿患者进行治疗,可进一步缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,显著提高治疗效果,降低术后复发率,有效改善患者生活质量,值得临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical observation and recurrence analysis of ultrasoundguided transvaginal puncture for pelvic cysts.Method：A total of 154 patients with pelvic cyst admitted in our hospital from January to June 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,77 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,while study group was treated by ultrasound-guided transvaginal puncture.The operation time,ntraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time,operation pain score,treatment effect,recurrence rate and survival rate were compared between two groups.Result：The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time,operation pain score in study group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of study group was 97.4%,which was significantly higher than 85.7% of control group（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of study group was lower than that of control group, and the survival rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasound-guided transvaginal puncture for pelvic cysts,can further shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce intraoperativebleeding,significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the recurrence rate,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of further clinica l application.
