PDCA循环管理对全身麻醉手术患者苏醒期躁动及拔管依从性的影响

Effect of PDCA Cycle Management on Restlessness and Extubation Compliance in Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理对全身麻醉手术患者苏醒期躁动及拔管依从性的影响。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年12月在鹰潭市人民医院铁路分院进行全身麻醉手术的患者150例,随机分为对照组与研究组各75例。对照组予常规护理干预,研究组予PDCA循环管理干预,对比两组患者苏醒期躁动发生率、拔管依从性和不良事件发生率。结果:研究组患者苏醒期躁动发生率为6.67%低于对照组的21.33%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者总依从率为93.33%高于对照组的80.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良事件发生率为16.00%(12/75),研究组为4.00%(3/75),研究组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理全身麻醉手术患者能明显减少苏醒期躁动,提升患者的拔管依从性,预防不良事件。

Objective：To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation management on agitation and extubation compliance in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Method：A total of 150 patients who underwentgeneral anesthesia in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received PDCA circulation management intervention.The incidence of agitation,extubation compliance and adverse events were compared.Result：Compared with the control group,the incidence of agitation in the study group was 6.67%lower than 21.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The compliance of extubation in the study group was 93.33% higher than 80.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the control group,the total incidence was 16.00%（12/75）,the study group was 4.00%（3/75）,the incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of PDCA circulation management in patients undergoing general anesthesiacan significantly reduce the occurrence of agitation during the recovery period,improve the patients’ extubationcompliance and avoid adverse events.
