低分子肝素钙联合血塞通用于老年髋部骨折围术期预防下肢静脉血栓的临床观察

Clinical observation of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Xuesaitong in preventing venous embolism of lower limb during perioperative period of hip fracture in elderly patients

目的探讨低分子肝素钙联合血塞通用于老年髋部骨折围术期预防下肢静脉血栓的临床效果。方法收集2017年9月—2018年7月我院60例老年髋部骨折住院患者的临床资料,采用随机数字表法分为研究组30例和对照组30例,对照组接受低分子肝素钙治疗,研究组在此基础上给予血塞通治疗,比较2组患者手术前后血浆D-二聚体(D-D)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和血小板计数(PLT)水平变化情况,以及术后下肢静脉血栓发生情况。结果研究组患者术后3 d、术后2周D-D、APTT、PLT水平均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组术后下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论老年髋部骨折围术期给予低分子肝素钙联合血塞通治疗,能够有效降低下肢静脉血栓的发生风险,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined withXuesaitong in preventing venous thrombosis of lower extremity in elderly patients with hip fracture during perioperativeperiod. Methods The clinical data of 60 elderly patients with hip fracture hospitalized in our hospital from September2017 to July 2018 were collected and randomly divided into study group （30 cases）and control group （30 cases）bydigital table method. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the study group wastreated with Xuesaitong on the basis of it. Activated partial thrombokinase time（APTT）and platelet count（PLT）levelsand postoperative venous thrombosis in the lower extremities. Results The levels of D-D,APTT and PLT in the studygroup were significantly lower than those in the control group3 days and2 weeks after operation （P〈0.05）,and theincidence of venous thrombosis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05） .Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Xuesaitong can effectively reduce the risk of lowerextremity venous thrombosis in elderly hip fracture patients during perioperative period, which is worthy of clinicalrecommendation.
