以护士主导的项目管理在肿瘤化疗无呕吐病房构建中的效果评价

Effect of project management by nurses in non-nausea and vomiting wards

目的探讨以护士主导的项目管理在肿瘤化疗无呕吐病房构建中的效果评价。方法成立肿瘤化疗无呕吐病房项目管理小组,以美国项目管理协会PMBOK项目实施的各阶段对"构建肿瘤化疗无呕吐病房"进行项目管理。结果通过实施项目管理后,病房化疗所致恶心呕吐(CINV)筛查率由95. 29%提升至100%,恶心发生率由18. 28%下降至9. 46%,呕吐发生率由14. 89%下降至4. 93%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。患者对CINV管理满意度较实施前比较有所提升(P<0. 05)。结论通过项目管理,可有效降低CINV发生率,提高患者CINV管理满意度,从而提升临床护理工作质量。

Objective To discuss the effects of project management by nurses in nonnausea andvomiting wards. Method The group of project management was established for the patients receivingchemotherapy in nonnausea and vomiting wards by the PMBOK of Project Management Association of America.Results After the implementation of project management, the screening rate of CINV increased from 95.29% to100%. The incidence of nausea dropped from 18. 28% to 9.46%. And the incidence of vomiting declined from 18. 28% to 9.46% with the significant difference （P〈 0. 05）. The satisfaction rates of CINV was significantly higher than that before the application （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The project management can reduce theincidence of CINV and improve the management satisfaction of CINV, so as to improve the quality of clinicalnursing.
