降低玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后体位缺陷率的持续改进

Application of quality control circle in reducing position defect rate after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade

目的研究品管圈管理对降低玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后体位缺陷的应用效果。方法以2016年11月11日至12月2日收治的48例玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术患者为对照组(实施品管圈管理前),以2017年1月11日至2017年4月20日收治的168例玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术患者为研究组(实施品管圈管理),比较两组护理前后玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术患者体位缺陷率的改变。结果对照组48例患者术后平均住院14天,其中30例体位不合格,体位缺陷率占62. 50%;研究组168例患者平均住院8天,仅有4例体位不合格,体位缺陷率降为2. 38%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论品管圈管理活动对降低玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后体位缺陷率效果明显。同时,护理人员学会并能够运用各种品管方法,增强了解决问题的意识和能力,提高了患者舒适性和促进患者更快康复。

Objective To discuss the effects of quality control circle in reducing position defect after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade.Method From 11 November to 2 December 2016, 48 patients who received vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade were treated as control group （before the implementation of QCC management）. From 11 January to 20 April 2017, 168 cases received vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade were treated as research group （implementation of QCC management）. The position defect rates between the two groups were compared.Results The average hospitalization days of the control group were 14 days, of which 30 cases were unqualified with the defect rate being at 62.5%. The average hospitalization days of the research group were 8 days, and only 4 cases were unqualified with the defect rate being at 2.38%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusions The effect of QCC activities on position defect rates reducing after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade was significant. At the same time, the learning of quality control methods promotes the ability of problems solution and improves the comfort of patients.
