摘要
目的了解河南县级医疗机构医务人员工作中面临的问题,为充分调动其工作积极性提出相应的完善措施。方法选取河南省4县的公立医疗机构,采用整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查,对研究问题进行编码,并用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果医务人员反映工作中遇到的困难问题主要有工作压力大、医患关系紧张、工资待遇低、工作环境差、医疗风险高等。其频数占总频数百分比分别为15. 44%、11. 28%、11. 08%、10. 10%、9. 79%。结论在今后的工作中,应优先解决职工工作压力大、医患关系紧张、工资待遇低这三类问题。
Objective The aim of this study is to understand the problems faced by medical staff in county medical institutions of Henan Province and find the solution to fully moblize their enthusiasm.Method The medical staff from four counties of Henan province were selected and surveyed by cluster sampling method, The research data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results The problems collected by the survey included work pressure, the doctor-patient relationship, income, working environment, medical risk and so on.The percentage of total frequency was 15.44%,11.28%,11.08%,10.10%,9.79%,respectively.Conclusions In the future, we should give priority to solve the problems including work pressure, the relationship between doctors and patients and low wages.
