预后营养指数与结直肠癌病人临床病理特征及生存率的关系研究 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]探讨预后营养指数(PNI)与结直肠癌病人临床病理特征及生存率的关系。[方法]回顾性分析医院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的120例结直肠癌病人临床资料,并收集病人术前1周血清蛋白与外周淋巴细胞计数资料,计算PNI,对病人随访至2017年6月30日,分析PNI与结直肠癌病人临床病理特征及生存率的关系。[结果]120例结直肠癌病人中营养良好组(PNI≥45)48例、营养不良组(PNI<45)72例。营养良好组与营养不良组在年龄、肿瘤直径、远处转移及TNM分期方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养良好组病人手术耐受性、2年存活率明显高于营养不良组(P<0.05),而术后并发症发生率低于营养不良组(P<0.05)。[结论]结直肠癌病人术前营养不良发生率较高,术前应用PNI可有效反映病人手术风险及预后情况。围术期根据PNI值给予结直肠癌针对性营养干预,可有效改善病人营养状况,促进病人术后康复。
