立本生道,积蓄学校蓬勃生长之力--昆山市培本实验小学“本道文化”建设的思考和实践

摘要 学校文化建设是学校内涵发展的主要途径和重要载体。培本实验小学聚焦立德树人,致力于课程育人,以"本道文化"串联学校发展逻辑,以先贤优秀文化为本,循学生、学校、教师和谐发展之道,以课程为依托,努力追求培本办学品质最优化,通过"本道文化"的构建,促进学生健康成长,为积蓄学校蓬勃发展之力积极探索和实践。 School culture construction is the main way and important carrier of school connotation development. Our school focuses on morality-based talent education to educate students with curriculum. Our school adopts “Bendao Culture” as the logic of school development, which means we view previous good culture as the trunk (Ben) and follow the way (Dao) of harmonious development between students and schools and teachers. Meanwhile, based on the curriculum, we try to optimize the quality of our school education to construct “Bendao Culture” so that we can promote students’ healthy growth and school development in a vigorous manner.
