摘要
尽管学术界对实践取向的教师教育还有着广泛的解读空间,但不应低估师范院校改革者的改革思想、改革能力和改革智慧,应肯定当前我国教师教育改革的方向以及所获得的成就,增强我国教师教育改革的自信。针对个别学者提出的我国教师教育改革的"错误实践观""矫枉过正""改革效果不佳"等观点提出质疑,认为职前教师教育应从实践中汲取智慧和力量,重视教师教育的"产出性",从基础教育对优秀教师的需求倒逼师范院校应加强职前教师教育"实践性"改革的力度。
Although there are much wider to be interpreted about practice-oriented teachers' education in the academic field,we should not underestimate the thought,ability,and wisdom put forward by reformers in normal colleges and universities. We should affirm the direction of current reform of teachers ' education and the achievements we have made in order to strengtheni our confidence in the reform of teacher education. Questioning the opinions of some scholars toward the reform of teachers education,such as "wrong view of practice ","hypercorrection",and "poor achievement of reform",this paper argues that in the pre-service education we should draw wisdom and strength from practice,pay attention to the "output"of teachers education,and push normal colleges and universities to intensify the reform based on practice,in response to the demand for prominent teachers in elementary education.
