摘要
在从范式统一性转向个别主义的当代话语方式中,对于教师的研究聚焦于个性成长的思想和方式,这是一种对于教师自主性发展的乐观期待。基于意识与实践的同在性关联,需要承认和鼓励教师意识的自主性和意识实践发展的自足性。教师的意识实践是指教师树立"为我性"的发展理念,由教学实践情境中的意识、观念冲突而引发深思并形成新的、暂时性实践意识形态,进而试图达到摆脱外在控制走向思想自由与实践创造之可能的实践形式。为我性、我为性、实践性、意向性实在性、暂时性流变性和情境性是其特征。教师意识实践的可能形式有:悬置前见、行动的觉知和琢磨与反思。
In the contemporary mode of discourse conversion from unified model to individual model,studies on teacher with individual growth as focus are positive expectation of teachers' autonomy development. Based on close connection between consciousness and practice,we have to encourage autonomy of teachers' consciousness and self-sufficiency of development of conscious practice. Teachers' practical consciousness means that teachers establish self-centered development ideas. It is new and temporal ideology of practice originating from consciousness and idea conflicts in teaching practice,aiming to realize practical form that advocates freedom of thought and practical creation by removing outside control. Its features include self-centeredness,practice,consciousness,substantiality,provisionality,rheology,and situation. Possible ways to achieve teachers' practical consciousness include putting away previous ideas,awareness of practice,and thinking and reflection.
