民办中小学教师合作水平分析

An Analysis of the Cooperation of Private Primary and Secondary School Teachers

摘要 民办中小学教师合作水平处于中等偏高层次,不同性别、学校类型、职称、课时量、收支水平的教师群体间合作水平存在显著差异;教师合作水平与工作能力、效能感中高度相关,参与校内专业活动与通用能力相关度最高,智力刺激、共同愿景和职业关系质量与教学能力相关度最高。建议民办中小学补齐参与校内专业活动"短板",差别化支持不同群体教师发展,关注效能感、工作能力与合作水平的关系,推动民办中小学教师合作水平整体提升。 The cooperation among private primary and secondary school teachers is relatively high. There is a significant difference in the level of cooperation among teachers of different genders,school types,job titles,class hours,and expenditure levels. The level of teacher cooperation is highly related with work ability and efficacy.Participation in professional networks on campus is most relevant to general skills. Intellectual stimulation,common vision,and quality of professional relationship are most relevant to teaching ability. It is suggested that private primary and secondary schools should make up for the "shortcomings"of participating in professional activities within the school,differentiate support for the development of teachers in different groups,and pay attention to the relationship between efficacy,work ability as well as cooperation level so as to promote the cooperation level of private primary and secondary school teachers.
