摘要
基于专业素养的维度审视教师的专业成长,教学信念是培育教师教育思想的重要组成部分,更是影响教师教学行为的隐性杠杆。教学信念的形成过程并非是抽象的,而是在具体的实践中走向成熟的。在无辅助条件下,本文以一个备课案例分析为例,围绕"课型定位、研读教材、任务驱动、互动点拨、拓展延伸和媒体助学"等六个环节作为构建和催化教学信念的载体,由此诠释了"无辅助备课"是一种生命化备课,不仅是催生教师教学信念的基础,而且是教师专业成长的基础。
Observing teachers' professional development on the dimension of professional quality,we may see that teaching belief,an important part of cultivating teachers' educational thoughts,can be considered as the hidden effects on teachers' teaching behaviors. The forming of teaching belief is not abstract but lies in concrete practice towards maturity. Under the condition of lesson preparation from nothing,this paper,with an analysis of class preparation as an example,focuses on six links including "lesson type identification,text study,task-based teaching,interactive comments,extension,and multimedia assistance"to construct and set off teaching belief."Lesson preparation from nothing",as a kind of life teaching,spawns the basis of teaching belief and teachers' professional growth.
