摘要
随着各国对教师教育质量关注度的不断提升以及社会对教师教育质量的强烈诉求,培养"卓越教师"已逐渐成为世界各国的共识。采用实物分析的研究方法,从师范生的入学标准、准教师的培养、教师资格的认证、卓越教师的评价指标等层面探究了芬兰、美国、欧盟以及经合组织的卓越教师培育的价值取向。从国际社会来看,卓越教师发展的路径主要有:政策改革的常态化趋向;培育目标的能力导向;培育过程的质量走向;评价标准的证据取向。这些经验可以为我国卓越教师的培育发展提供一系列的启示。
To cultivate excellent teachers has become a consensus in all countries. This paper,based on document analysis, explores value orientation of cultivating excellent teachers in Finland, United States,European Union, and Organization for Economic Cooperation from perspectives of enrollment standards,pre-service teacher programs,identification of teacher certification,and assessment standards. Internationally,main ways of developing excellent teachers include normalization of policy update, ability-oriented goal,quality-based process,and evidence-based assessment. The experience can provide suggestions and enlightenment for development of excellent teachers in China.
